All balloons ship flat. Simply add helium to the balloons and enjoy. It is recommended to inflate the balloons on the same day as the event. Latex balloons typically have an average indoor float time of 12-24 hours, while foil balloons can last for multiple days if filled and stored properly.

However, balloons used outdoors will have a much shorter float time due to environmental factors. Foil balloons require a low-pressure regulated foil inflator to be properly inflated. These regulators have an auto shut-off pressure valve to prevent over-inflation.

Disposable helium tanks with a latex inflator will not properly inflate foil balloons. Balloons can usually be filled at your local party supply store, florist, or even some larger grocery chains that offer helium services. For larger balloons or larger quantities, it may be more cost-effective to rent a helium tank from a party rental company or local welding supplier.

Please be aware of the following safety precautions:

WARNING CHOKING HAZARD: Children under 8 years old can choke or suffocate on broken balloons or balloons that are not inflated. ADULT SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED. Discard broken balloons immediately. Keep the plastic bag containing the product away from small children, as the thin film may cling to the nose and mouth, preventing breathing. Dispose of the bags immediately after removing the product.
